What To Expect

Weekly Service

Sundays - 10:00 AM

We Look Forward To Meeting You!

Welcome to Rossville Bible Fellowship. We’ve put together some information here that anticipates and tries to briefly answer some of the questions you may have prior to visiting our church for the first time:

Atmosphere/Apparel

We want you to feel welcome when visiting.  Members of our congregation take several different approaches to what they wear each Sunday. Some men wear a suit and tie, and some women wear dresses; others dress business casual, while others come in jeans and a sweatshirt. There is no official or unofficial dress code. Nevertheless, we respectfully ask that however you dress, be sure to choose attire that will not distract others from focusing on worshiping the Lord.

Family Friendly

We welcome everyone of all ages to attend worship. Infants and children are welcome in our worship service. We also provide a nursery staffed with caring nursery workers for infants and toddlers if parents would rather utilize that service. For children ages 3 (must be potty trained) through 5th grade, we offer children's church classes where they will learn about God from biblically focused teachers. We have 2 children's church classes (that is, 3 years-1st grade and 2nd grade-5th grade) that meet every week except for the fourth and fifth Sunday of a month. Children are dismissed from the worship service halfway through the service to attend children's church.

Sermon

From the pulpit, you will hear sound, expository preaching that seeks to take timeless, Biblical truth and make it applicable for your everyday life. Sometimes, the preaching is topical in nature, but most of the time, we are working our way through a book of the Bible, verse by verse. The length of sermon varies, but on average, the sermon is typically about 35 minutes long.

Worship Service Ending Time

We don't have a set ending time for our worship services, but the service usually ends around 11:20-11:30AM.
